  • David Croft teams up with Eric Landlard also known as the ‘Cake Boy’…

    Having been a pastry chef at the Bedruthan Steps hotel in Cornwall, the Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill hotel along with working as a pastry chef in Bermuda David was pleased to team up with top pastry chef Eric Landlard for a cookery demonstration. Eric more commonly know, as the ‘Cake Boy’ worked at numerous establishments around the world including heading up the pastry department at London’s world renowned Le Gavroche restuarant. Eric is also a P&O cruise ‘Food Hero’ and in addition runs a café and cookery school in London the latter of which runs various courses for people wishing to undertake pastry courses. During David’s course with Eric a copy of ‘Food for Thought’ was given as a ‘Thank you’ for the support given.
